Delivery charges We deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that, delivery is £25 including VAT. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and it covers the whole order however many products are in it. Dispatch and delivery times We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays. Remote and regional addresses may take longer. Orders ship from our warehouse stock or the supplier identified for the selected product. Larger orders can go out in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. Tracking You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help. Address accuracy Check the name, address and postcode before paying. Contact us straight away if something needs correcting. A change may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched. Damage or non-delivery If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us the order number and photographs.     "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated: 29 October 2026 Cancelling an eligible online purchase Tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address before posting. You may handle goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this can reduce the refund if it diminishes their value. Please return all parts and, where possible, the packaging. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Refunds We refund the product price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Extra charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable. Exceptions The cancellation right has legal exceptions, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
