Delivery charges
We deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that, delivery is £25 including VAT. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and it covers the whole order however many products are in it.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays. Remote and regional addresses may take longer.
Orders ship from our warehouse stock or the supplier identified for the selected product. Larger orders can go out in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
Address accuracy
Check the name, address and postcode before paying. Contact us straight away if something needs correcting. A change may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Damage or non-delivery
If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us the order number and photographs. If your parcel has not arrived or tracking has stopped, contact us and we will investigate it with the courier.
